  • Exchange & return
    A problem with your order ? Don't panic, we take care of everything ! You can request an exchange or a return by completing the form sent with your package. Shipping costs for an exchange or return are the responsibility of the customer.   • How to choose your size ?
    You can refer to the table below. We advise you to take a size above.
  • Shipping and deliveries
    The post office is committed to a delivery time for the package. This period is calculated according to the postal code of deposit and that of destination (excluding time spent in customs and major event). This time commitment applies to shipments from Europe to 40 countries. To Europe and Switzerland: 29 countries Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, France, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland. Time : 5-7 working days. Towards the world : 12 international economic centers The United States, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, China, South Korea, Canada, Thailand, Norway, Iceland and Vietnam. Time : 7 to 10 working days. Holidays and Saturdays are not counted in the delivery times. In order to respect the standard delivery, it is necessary that the shipment be formalized before the acceptance deadline announced in the post offices.
